weight your self first thing in morning not at night. Are you working out??? or just eatting 1200 calories??? it takes time. key to it is sticking to the plain.

I walk every other day. i love using free app called walk for weight loss. i see more people out walking tool i guess the see me old man walking and they think if that old man can do it so can i.

yes you will get tried at first but keep doing it soon you will notice your able to do more. do it every other day use one day to rest. it will take time. i use app call walking for weight loss. first it was really hard for me. but after month of keep trying i able to do it easy and feels great.

I tried using Strength training and Weight training. both come up No Results Found.

i know its under cardio but when i enter the streinght training nothing come up. look like the data base for streinght training is empty

have you been working out??? don't worry keep going soon you be look better and lose the weight you want. it take time. if you weight your self should weight the first thing in the morning when you wake up. i work out & diet for 2 months now but only lost 10 pounds but i looking great in the mirror.

i workout every otheir day. then cardio days i dont work out. back and bicepts, legs chest and tricepts.

keto + if is great to do. I eat 3 sramble eggs 2 bacon and broccolia every first meal. i eat my first meal at 12noon and eat my last meal at 6pm. i also cycle 3 days of 3 meal aday and 3 day of 2 meals a day.
