Ive had the implant for 2.5 years and I haven’t had any weight gain. I started watching my diet and exercising and lost weight no problem

College student here- for non refrigerated food I eat oatmeal, granola, almonds/walnuts, whole grain crackers, nut butters, popcorn, instant brown rice, granola bars, tuna, whole grain bread, canned soup. Stock up on fruit from the dining hall. See if your dining hall posts nutritional info and try to fill up on protein…

I’m 5’5 and 110 currently, down from 140. I also have a small frame, completely healthy, but looking to gain some muscle!! I get these comments all the time, it’s so frustrating

I maintained on less then 1200 or around 1200 calories for about 3 months before I started binging

I'm 21 and in a similar situation. Somedays I have trouble getting to 1200 calories and other days, like today, I'm 500 calories over my maintenance. Still just trying to figure it out!

I'm 5'5 and I was losing way too quick on 1200 calories to the point I was close to underweight and had to up it significantly to 1600. Be careful with such a low calorie goal

I'm a student as well, I eat oats, eggs, Greek yogurt, frozen vegetables, apples & bananas, peanut/almond butter, sweet potatoes, canned tuna, whole grain crackers, precooked frozen chicken, canned soup. I'm busy too but I always find time to eat

I've had the implant for nearly 2 years now and it hasn't caused weight gain at all. When I started watching my calories and working out I lost weight, same as before the implant
