Hi
I'm Poppi and I'm a 21-year-old student from NZ. I go through periods of thinking I don't eat enough to thinking I eat way too much and am just trying to find the middle ground so I can understand nutrition better. Any tips or helpful advice would be greatly appreciated xx

I offer a challenge. Weigh and log all your meals for a week. Don’t try and change any of your habits just yet.
See what MFP says about your diet.5 -
Nutrition's a pretty broad topic. What specifically are you looking to understand?2

You don't have to guess. If you log your food intake correctly and monitor your weight regularly, over time you'll see if you're eating too much, too little, or just enough. Please be careful with obsession over nutrition. Eat a wide variety of foods you like, and you'll automatically be eating healthily.0

I'm 21 and in a similar situation. Somedays I have trouble getting to 1200 calories and other days, like today, I'm 500 calories over my maintenance. Still just trying to figure it out!0
