So I don’t know how much I’ve shared here so I’ll start a the beginningish. My husband, daughter and I moved to Florida 2 years ago. My mother had MS and I was working full time and taking care of her. She got upset at my husband and wanted me to get a divorce or put him out. My sister let us move in with her here in FL.…

Yeah I get that. For me, I actually don’t mind the light mayo anymore. When I realized that most of my calories were either A) condiments or B) beverages. In order for me to ever keep weight off, I knew I had to change big time. I lost 100lbs once then 60lbs. I ended up weighing way more. This time around I’m making these…

I’m feeling so anxious. I’m down to having 1360 calories per day and most days I eat less. I want to see faster results but I know it takes a long time to lose weight. I’m sick of being fat. I wish I never let myself get this way but I did. The turtle wins the race!

I’m having issues copying the names. Welcome all. So glad you’re here!!

This is the first year I didn’t eat a whole bag of candy in years. I didn’t have any candy at all and I didn’t feel deprived at all. This is a great feeling. I had a Jell-O shot and logged it. I shouldn’t have because I barley drink and it turned my stomach.

My daughter is 13 and says she’s too big for trick or treating. I’ll buy her one candy bar and a stuffed animal. I’m not buying candy for the neighborhood this year. With COVID I just don’t want to do it. Thanksgiving I’m planning to cook everything as normal but I will exercise portion control. I’m not eating the rolls…

Ps. I don’t know how to edit my post above but if any large loser would like to add me as a friend I’d be overjoyed.

I’d love to be friends. I’m slow and steady. I did not take a before pic because I felt gross about myself. But even though I’ve only lost 17 lbs my mental health is better. I’m going to take a before pic today since now I believe there will be an after. Nice work and nice to meet you!

Hi gang! I need some scale advice. Disclaimer this may have TMI. I started my period again for the second time in two weeks. I have an endocrine disease that gives me insulin resistance and too much testosterone. I have been limiting my carbs to under 30% per day so more protein and fat. I have been at or a tiny under my…

]Age: 45 Height: 5’1 SW: 307.8 lbs CW: 300 GW: 125 I am very disappointed in these numbers. I weigh my food and stay under my goal all but one day. I am in that time of the month so hopefully I will see better results soon. I have to remember a lot bit down is better than a little bit up!

Work on getting my head space clear. Dump out the negative thought about myself. List at least 10 good things about me.
