I’m 41 years old and have been on MFP for almost a year now. I’ve lost over 54 pounds on here and a grand total of 73 pounds since January 1st 2017. I log everyday and exercise 6 days a week. Feel free to add me!

I think one of the newest things that had me a little caught off guard is that I have people walking up to me that I have known most of my life who were finally asking me “so what is your secret“? Also my shoulders are starting to show new definition so I’m pretty thrilled about that.

I’ve got into a size 32 jeans and I plan on staying that way. A big one for me is when my stomach finally thinned down. It was a huge motivation to keep fit.

It was very slow coming off with trying to cut back on eating and choosing better options but the second Half of the year was more revealing as I kicked the exercises up quite a bit. Just turned 41. I have lost a total of 36 pounds since Jan 1st with about half of it within the last 50 days with MFP. Feel free to add me. Love having friends who log in everyday and I do some sort of cardio/strength workouts everyday.
