Alyssa's Vegan Bites!!! Found them at publix in the wrong spot and searched for 15 minutes to find where they came from. Amazing!! And healthy with 10g of fiber per serving

Over night oats, smoothie bowls with simple ingredients including a handful of greens, rice cakes with toppings like nut butters and fruits, avocado, vegan cream cheese,. My favorite breakfast is what I like to call "fruit cereal" where you cut up a banana add some berries and add just a handful or so of cereal on top with…

As long as you're eating enough and eating diverse foods with different micronutrients you should be set! Do your research on what different fruits and veggies have to offer as well as keeping your protein up. Congratulation on another baby <3 <3 o:)

I personally like going to bed NOT with a full stomach. Not starving of course but that's why I practice (for the most part) intermittent fasting. Time your meals right so that your last meal or snack is about 2 hours before your actual bed time. If you're still hungry drink something hot or just chug a *kitten* ton of…

Please Read!! I had a stomach ulcer when I was 14! I'm now 20. I had sever acid reflux and lost a ton of weight due to not being able to eat from reflux and horrdible pain. My doctor prescribed be some stupid drug which did nothing, and told me to cut out those same foods. Cutting out acidic foods and such did help a…

Half these things should be staples in everyone's diets I'm so confused LOL I loooove spinach like LOVE it. Raw almond butter(unsalted unsweetened) but again both these things, I would think, would be somewhat common???

Don't listen to these negative comments about lemon water and green tea. They do aid in metabolism and weight loss. Obvi not a fix all but they aren't hurting you. Just eat when you are hungry and don't eat when you aren't, stay mindful of portions. Intermittent fasting is amazing in my opinion, only if you do it correctly.

Try making your own energy balls and granola bars! You can control what's in them and add protein to keep you full! Overnight oats are great too you can prepare everything the night before even or the fruit right in! Super simple and yummmmmy

I highly reccomend making your own energy balls and granola bars. Not only do you know everything that's in them but you can add things you like and protein without getting unnessecary sugar. Cutting up fruits or veggies is always a good idea. But if you need something more hearty make a rice/quinoa bowl. If you're trying…

A bowl of berries and bananas with cereal on top is my favorite. Also I reccomend making your own energy balls and granola bars, they're super simple. That way not only do you know everything that's in it but you can add protein to keep you full without added sugar. Anything with nut butter, or a protein smoothie with…

The key is to get creative and mix and match things! I hope this helps :) Of course you can do turkey, chicken, tuna with a sauce of choice and lots of greens and veggies. Mix up the veggies and sauces so you don't get bored. I'm a mayo girl but dairy makes me feel sick and get acne so I use Just mayo which tastes the same…

I would definitely check out the recepie section here and also Pinterest! But when going vegan don't be afraid to eat a little more than usual as the foods are less calorically dense. Also the key is to be creative and make vegan soups, stirfrys, casseroles, and so on to keep things interesting! You can make healthy tacos…

Putting a bunch of things on one baking sheet and sticking it in the oven can be really helpful there's a lot of recipes on Pinterest. Basically putting your veggies and protein of choice on one sheet and put A TON of veggies. You won't even miss your carbs. But if you are missing something just make a side salad

Try chugging a ton of water because you 1) could be dehydrated or 2) bored. Even put chia seeds in it to fill you up and give you something to chew on. You could also try drinking a hot drink whether it be a hot tea, decaf coffee, or herb/spice latte (I like tumeric lattes myself)

Thanks for your help guys but unfortunately I do exercise for at least an hour 4-5 times a week and eat pretty healthy. It's The over eating when stressed that gets me not what I'm eating. No matter what you're eating, over eating is still an issue. Maybe I should see a therapist LOL

For long days out or unexpected long days be sure to always have a healthy snack stashed in your car and/or bag. Something that you can just leave in there for a while, like a GF protein bar for example! If you already have a fave then that's great! For eating out at restaurants don't be afraid to substitute things because…

Every body is different so you need to try different things until you find what works for you! Try incorporating healthy fats(avo, nuts, eggs) into every meal because they will fill you up. Having a balanced meal of healthy carbs(in moderation), lean protein, and a healthy fat can really do the trick! Making veggies your…
