I do intermittent fasting and for 1300 calories into two or even one meal. Feel great and losing weight.

I poop 3 times a day on a strict schedule where I know exactly when. Not pooping for 2 weeks would make me feel really weird.

Drink a protein shake before dinner or drink lots of water so you won’t feel like having seconds. Or don’t eat stuff that’s tasty enough to want seconds. I never want seconds of broccoli and brown rice... never.

It hurt a lot and I'm not fully weened off coffee at all but I don't need it like I used to. I had bad headaches, and sometimes they still happen but I was a 3+ cup a day person. Sometimes I drink a tea if I really need something.
