My general point is that I don't have an good sense of taking in the right amount for proper maintenance. Every time I lose weight, then stop tracking, the weight comes back. I am coming to terms with tracking as a lifestyle for me.

Yeah, I don't think I'll ever be able to take a break from tracking, even in maintenance, because I know I have Zero intuition about proper portion sizes :'( :'(

I cannot give up my coffee either and I won't drink it black. I use Vanilla flavored soy milk. Some people use the unsweetened coconut milk creamers. There are alot of low-cal creamers that can effectively lighten up your coffee. Have fun experimenting!

I don't that any food is inherently "garbage." If you want to eat clean that if fine, but people still lose plenty of weight eating any kinds of food they want - it is the portion that is key. Is there a label on your package of meat? Or did someone prepare it for you? I would go with something that matches your label. Also, one of those entries is cooked and I assume the other two are raw - that's very important when choosing an entry. When did you weigh your steak?

I have to disagree, because I jogged a half marathon so slowly that speed walkers were passing me. The definition of walking is one foot firmly in contact on the ground. Running is ... both feet can lift from the ground.
