@tllblanksfit those look great! I have actually never made them. I think because I haven't had bread in so long because of my allergy that I really never felt I had to. Yours look really good, though, so I may try it one day.

I don't know where today's whoosh came from, but you are right. I can't believe I was complaining at the beginning about not getting the whooshes I was expecting like I always do during the first week back on LC. It clearly didn't matter in the long run!

@EstrangedTiger you're absolutely right! I always buy my meat from local farmers or from brands that make commitments to humanely-raised animals. It is nice that these are more widely available now. And thank you for the comment! Being happy with my body is uncharted territory for me, and I am happy that I am getting there!

You're inspiring me! I think I may try having a weekly water fast until goal since I have a rest day from planks every 5 days. Seems like a good day to fast, but we'll see. All of the bbq chicken you're having is making me jealous. I am on the hunt for a good sugar-free bbq sauce. Love me some bbq!

Are they breaded (I can't really tell by the pic, but they look like they are)? There isn't a Walmart near me, but I would make the trip! If not, I may get some of the S&V rub from B-Dub's and make my own so I can avoid the wheat and carbs :p
