I'm super late, but I am also better at the lower carb levels. Eating above 50 total carbs without a workout is pretty much maintenance for me.

Nice job this week! I also sleep better and have more even energy when I eat over a longer IF window when I am exercising, which is what I know I will do in maintenance!

Thanks, @tlblanks1! I think you're right. It does makes sense to just keep going, especially because the summer program is super active, and I will likely need more than OMAD to sustain. I wonder if I can actually get to 129 by then -- that gives me almost another month!

Good job catching yourself before it went too far! I definitely know what you mean about not even wanting to see the 160s temporarily -- that is how I am feeling about the 140s now. I will likely do the same as you: just need to stay in the 130s!
