Coz im wayyyy to skinny im 5"8 and was 111.. i only gain Weight when im pregnant then loss it a couple of months later.. Now im 119 and feeling alil better about myself.. Imma keep going till im like 140 or so.

Not wanting to gain muscle only.. this app says eat 2300 calories a day to gain weight n thats what im doing..

Im in the same boat as u hun.. I cant gain weight for nothing.. I just started drunking Ensure plus added with ice cream and milk and weight gain powder i got from GNC.. i gained 3lbs in 1 week.. Its over 1000 calories in 1 drink..I got the chocolate kind. Its not bad taste pretty good..

I cant tell u this is the right way but i just started buying ensure plus mix that with this protein weight gain powder from gnc the guy said it will help plus i add in chocolate ice cream . I gain 2 pounds in a week. But look on youtube they show diff…
