Any supplements for gaining weight?

I'm looking for any powder supplements to help gain weight. I have a really high metabolism so it's hard to gain weight (it took two months to gain 5 pounds) I would prefer something with out a chalky taste but if not hey beggars can't be choosers.

I would make my own shakes if you want to drink something- whole milk/icecream/yoghurt, fruit, PB or nut butter/avo, protein powder etc

Weight gain has to do with consumption of calories. Just eat a lot of high calorie dense foods. I combined eating some fast food with my whole foods to meet a 4,500 calorie daily goal back in the day to gain weight.

There is no metabolism that cannot be out eaten. You have to be as dedicated to stuffing your face as I do watching how much I eat. You will have to eat when you don't want to.

Most weight gainers are nothing but fillers. Use the link above to focus on high calorie foods and drinks. Although, I do hear great things about Fairlife milk/smoothies.

You can prepare your own weight gainer ( whole milk + peanut butter + oats + banana) I have gained around 16 kgs so I would also suggest you a weight gainer coz it helped me a lot, BSN true mass.
Keep logging in here and you will see results.
    Good luck :)

Peanut butter is good and healthy, but for sheer weight gain my favorite is the cheese sauce with Nachos and cheese.

Eat breakfast , lunch and dinner ... after every meal drink ensure plus! And in between meals eat boost pudding.. they're both very delicious and don't have the powdery chalky taste at all! Tastes like chocolate milk and regular pudding... I'm on the same boat you are.. struggling to gain weight... in addition to that of course.. make sure to lift weights and get some protein bars in between ! It's hard but with dedication .. you can do it.. we all can do it

Supplements for gaining weight are kind of trash, you're better off adding things like nuts and Avacado into your diet to add something calorie dense and high in good fats. Peanut butter too.
