Gained 20lbs now im 130 my goal is 150 being that im 5'7 5'8.. 20 pounds to go..

    How have you done this so far? And, awesome job? I mean, if you do not mind sharing? And, can you share any "mind set" changes (since mind set is my big thing....)?

    I went to gnc n bought a weight gain shake.. it helped alot... its hard work but its worth it. I luv how im lookin

    No, it's not easy. I got sick and got down to 100 pounds :s Trying to eventually get up to 120!

    At 5'7 5'8 120 was to small for me. Im 130 now n still i feel skinny. I wanna be 140 150
