Start slow! Little changes at a time. Don't eat too little when you start. Start creating habits and switching your favorite meals for healthier versions... Also log everything you eat (beforehand) to MFP

Currenty 30.7 of my BMI ( Obesity) 190 pounds 5´6 Mini goal: Overweight 184 pounds... I have always been in the obesity range... Want to never go back and then set a goal to be in my normal BMI. GW: 150 pounds ;)

Great! But you should know that from now on you might start losing the weight more slowly... Because at the beginning is mostly water weight and bloating. Keep motivating yourself and measure yourself to keep a better track. Congratulations! <3

I used to have binge weekends when I was eating too low. 1200 may be appropriate for your height and activity but it may also be really aggressive which (I know from experience) is counter productive in the long run. I think because I am working on saying NO on weekends.... First was at work and I overcome that. People here used to eat sweets like 4 times a week... And now I can easily say NO. But weekends for me are still a problem.

Maybe you could just limitate your intake? To just once a day... No more than two slices and try to choose a whole wheat type?

You should stick to just one scale.. and weight preferable in the morning, naked and after you go to the bathroom... That weight you can track it better

My pants didn´t fit... at all. and I refused to buy a bigger size.

I bought some new pants because mine were loose... In less than a month they became very loose and my stomach has debloated. Started at 204 4/22/2017 and now weight 190 pounds.
