I personally don´t fear fruit... But I learned since I stated using MFP that too much of everything is bad. I use fruit as a snack... Bananas, Cantaloupes, pears and apples are my personally favorite. And if I do smoothies I use berries. Just watch portions and enjoy because fruits are a great source of vitamins, fiber...…

Yep. I always weight from 2-4 pounds more at night. A lor of people recommend to weight in the morning after you go to the bathroom so you can have a more accurate idea
