Perplexed

Hello all,
My name is Yogev. And I have been using my fitness pal for 70 days now. I am over weight still, but it's a work in progress. I have completely changed everything that I eat, as clean as possible. I'm drinking water about 50oz a day. I started at a weight of 217.5lbs and down to 201.9. The reason I'm perplexed is because I'm not losing any inches, although my cloths fit a bit better. I am doing couch to 5K three times a week and I'm on week eight now, so I'm almost done with that. However, I don't see any inches lost, but my scale says I've lost weight. My question is, when will I start seeing a difference? Only thing I can see is in my face. I know the weight is coming off somewhere, but from where? Any advise is welcomed, and thank you in advance.

You lost 15.6 pounds. Some of that is water weight. Remember that the pounds that you lost were not just in one area of your body; they were from every parts of your body (feet, hands, stomach, legs, arms, etc.), so it may take a while to notice inches lost in a specific area of your body.
Keep up the great work!0 -
Hi!
Everyone is different.. I suggest that you keep doing what you´re doing and eventually you will see the results.

Sometimes it is hard to see the changes because they are so gradual. It's like watching a plant grow. You don't notice the little changes that happen each day, but then one day you look at it and it's leafy and has flowers. One day you will look at yourself in the mirror and notice all at once how much different you look. This is the number one reason why some people keep a photo record of themselves. It is easier to see the difference in yourself when you have a direct comparison.0

If your clothes are fitting better then you are losing inches somewhere. I second taking progress pictures, it wasn't till I compared a photo I took at the beginning to a photo in May that I realised just how much difference there was.0

Take a daily pic to compare, some days I don't see it either. Definitely give it more time as everyone loses differently. Great job!0
