  • I use the regular C4, but if you are sensitive, you may not like the tingles, which IMO is more like stabby needles. The C4 Zero works great without the tingles.

  • Thank you! This is helpful. Again, I was under the impression fasting cardio burns fat versus whatever food that was consumed. I understand it's more of a CICO idea. And I agree, I think she may be in over her head, or perhaps just not very well educated in nutrition.
  • Thank you for the feedback. Any thoughts on me doing a few sets of crunches and push ups during the time I'm home and watching TV? I guess my question is, does it make sense for me to do these things when I can to keep myself moving as much as possible or not so much? Sorry, I'm a newbie and don't want to have the adverse…
  • That's kind of what I thought, but I have heard a few opinions. The gym I go to, which is a huge chain, suggested it. By gym I mean the trainer there. Thanks for the advice.
  • When a trainer at the gym suggests it, I suppose it makes you question it. Hence the reason I'm asking the fitness community.
  • I was thinking the same thing with it being water weight, if I'm consuming lots of water during the day now, I'd think it was almost pointless...but I like to have advice. I'm thinking that trying to work out on an empty stomach (or at least a few hours after eating) will give me more results.
