Rephrase - will losing muscle lead to weight gain? is what I meant. Obviously I know muscle won't magic into fat. But thanks for the answers!

Thanks for the advice! I'm only 5ft1 so a couple of pounds makes a big difference to how I look/feel. Do you think I should stick to the 1200 goal then? X

Thanks for your reply, mine is chocolate I feel like I need dome thing sweet. I've always been a big eater when I was a kid, but been remotely healthy dice I was in my late teen, this binge eating has only come on in the last couple of days:/ how do you stop yourself from having it though? X

Thanks for your reply :) I don't have any chocolate or anything, I hate a grenade bar occasionally and I only have carbs after a workout. I'm not sure if I'm being too strict or just need better willpower. :/
