Sweat Intervals is so appropriately named...i was in a puddle of sweat after that workout. I have changed my routine and now I workout at 4am due to my unpredictable work schedule. It's a bit of a change to have my heart pumping first thing in the morning. Lol

That was my problem ...the time especially in month 2 when it's a full hour in some cases. Max 30 was a suitable compromise for me. I will see what sort of results I get but of course ...it is all about your calorie intake too !

Insanity month 2 is definitely a killer - longer more intense sessions. That's where I really saw my body leaning out though. I am wondering if I can handle that pace now as it's been a few years. I was gifted p90x3 but never really tried it. I did a few random programs.

Month 1, week 2 has commenced. I have completed cardio challenge this morning. Anyone doing hybrid programs? I am considering doing some body beast workouts as well to include some strength training.

Worked an 11 hour day and came home to tabata power. I was tired but I pushed through. Gerla - tabata power is my fave as well. We can complete the program! Biker - congrats on doing a 10k and meeting your goal! These workouts will definitely improve your endurance. Friday fight is definitely gruelling workout.

Congratulations on your weight loss; you've done a fantastic job. I have never tried a month 2 workout just month 1. You're definitely inspiring me though. I am not too versed on the plyo moves like tuck jumps but I try and I am cautious of impact on knees. Shaun T is a great motivator too. I am excited to start tomorrow.…
