Week 2 ...cardio challenge done! Does anyone do the Pulse workout. I usually skip it but did beast lucky 7 workout this wkd.

Pulse IS hard.:) I usually go for a run on a weekend, so I skip pulse altogether.
I finished cardio challenge, it was hard but I am very happy I pushed hard, was soaking wet when I was done.0 -

It's ( pulse ) is not hard as the rest of his workouts, but I would definitely wouldn't say it's relaxing, it's harder than a regular stretch workout for sure ))
I guess it's only you and me left in this thread who started week 2 ) just completed Tabata power, love love love this workout0 -
I'm still in but not doing it everyday cause I'm also training for a 10k! Just completed Friday Fight--it was so hard! I've already lost a pound or two and hit my goal weight of 125. Yippee. Took me about a year to lose 20 pounds. Hoping this tones up my flabby arms especially.1

Worked an 11 hour day and came home to tabata power. I was tired but I pushed through.
Gerla - tabata power is my fave as well. We can complete the program!
Biker - congrats on doing a 10k and meeting your goal! These workouts will definitely improve your endurance. Friday fight is definitely gruelling workout.0 -

Hey ..following in your footsteps...with aching calves. Lol.
This weekend I may try the Pulse workout.
It's a long weekend in my country so I have an additional day to rest and recover. Have a fantastic weekend!0 -
I barely finished today, maxed out 4 minutes earlier than last week:(. I was so exhausted. I rode my bike yesterday for 11 km second time in 2 years and I could barely finish my workout today , because my legs were so sore, but still did it. Yay me lol
Good luck with the pulse tomorrow, I most likely will run tomorrow. Let me know how you liked pulse.0 -
