    Sweat intervals ...maxed out at 11:40. This workout is true to its name ...I was drenched. How did everyone do today?

    Did the tabata disc today. So. Many. Push-ups. Good stuff! Measured myself today too so I can see if I make any progress size wise in a few weeks!

    Oh yeah! I'm so tired especially my legs. But I was thinking to go for a run later in the evening today. I must be crazy lol

    Week 2 ...cardio challenge done! Does anyone do the Pulse workout. I usually skip it but did beast lucky 7 workout this wkd.

    How is everyone coming along?

    Pulse IS hard.:) I usually go for a run on a weekend, so I skip pulse altogether.
    I finished cardio challenge, it was hard but I am very happy I pushed hard, was soaking wet when I was done.

    Hmmm maybe I should try pulse workout. Cardio challenge is his version of a fit test ...great workout

    It's ( pulse ) is not hard as the rest of his workouts, but I would definitely wouldn't say it's relaxing, it's harder than a regular stretch workout for sure :)))
    I guess it's only you and me left in this thread who started week 2 :)) just completed Tabata power, love love love this workout

    I'm still in but not doing it everyday cause I'm also training for a 10k! Just completed Friday Fight--it was so hard! I've already lost a pound or two and hit my goal weight of 125. Yippee. Took me about a year to lose 20 pounds. Hoping this tones up my flabby arms especially.

    Worked an 11 hour day and came home to tabata power. I was tired but I pushed through.

    Gerla - tabata power is my fave as well. We can complete the program!

    Biker - congrats on doing a 10k and meeting your goal! These workouts will definitely improve your endurance. Friday fight is definitely gruelling workout.

    Hey ..following in your footsteps...with aching calves. Lol.

    This weekend I may try the Pulse workout.

    It's a long weekend in my country so I have an additional day to rest and recover. Have a fantastic weekend!
