I did it for the first time in April and I actually just completed week 1 of doing it again!! Round 2! It's incredibly difficult, challenging, and so empowering. I don't care how it sounds, I cried a little every time I finished Friday Fight 2 in month 2. My body changed in ways I've never experienced with any other workout. It's what pushed me to break my own glass ceilings, it's what got me to goal weight, and it is a big part of the strut in my step.2

I lost about 20 lbs with max 30. I love month 2 more, it's super hard but I feel amazing after finishing the workout. Kind of scared to start it tomorrow because most likely I'll die. I try to do not modified moves first and then when I feel like stopping I modify. My push ups are on my knees still but I'm getting really good at them.0

Congratulations on your weight loss; you've done a fantastic job. I have never tried a month 2 workout just month 1. You're definitely inspiring me though. I am not too versed on the plyo moves like tuck jumps but I try and I am cautious of impact on knees. Shaun T is a great motivator too.
I am excited to start tomorrow.2 -
) glad that I inspired you:) I still have a little bit of pre pregnancy weight to lose , so I'm very motivated and actually want to lose some more after I reach my pre baby weight. Tuck jumps scare me too I sometimes try to use my yoga mat and jump on that, it's a little bit easier.1

Just borrowed from a friend. I haven't sweated this much...ever? Made it through the fit test without totally stopping but had to modify and ease up on a few moves.1

Are you doing original Insanity? I believe the fit test is in original Insanity. I started few times years ago, but never started month 2.1 -
Tabata power 13:42 ...those power jumps killed me. I modified for push ups section of course. Someday I will conquer those push ups. Lol
