  • I was thinking the same thing 2 in 2 days it’s either that or they working on getting butt’s like Kim K and seem to think I can give insight in how to do so :D
  • Can people still join? I’d love to take part. I’ve been looking to get back into being more active as this year isn’t going well with it. I joined Dom a few years back got to 202 and got stuck. I weighed myself this morning to find I’m at my all time highest of 242lb. My dream in time is 10st but at the moment I’d be happy…
  • I'm the same although I want to get to 147lb. I got as low as 200 a few years ago but put it back on now that I got to 220 my weight doesn't want to go lower than 215.
  • I'm totally in the same boat as you and the craving for cake or chocolate has got worse. I've tried to have chocolate rather than the cake option if able to and with so much mention of cutting out .... for a month, I decided to try that with chocolate from first of this month. Which so far seems to help. I think it might…
  • It's pretty much how my diets go. I've manage to cut down on takeaways to being never having them for past 3 years and sweets for 4 years. I'm now trying to cut down on chocolate, cake and crisps but find once I cut one out another takes over
  • Hi, I'm also 220 and trying to lose 73lbs
  • I have at least 50 to lose so I'd love to join. Especially to lose this first 10 or 20. Been on here for some time and managed to lose a nice amount of 15lbs but now I seem to have got myself into a bad rut.
  • Don't know about your area but what are you doing with your clothes that are too big to wear? If you're prepared to throw them away. In the UK we have a place called a weigh and pay. Where you take bags of clothes and get money back for them. Sadly you don't get much in return between clothes and price but it goes towards…
  • I'm in. 221, target is 145
  • If you're eating at a restaurant or any where like it check the places website for the nutritional information. It usually says on there what the dishes calories are
  • I do it as I don't tend to eat til 12/1. Then last meal at 7pm at latest. That way I'm usually in work at one job or another by then so I don't eat after. If I do have time/want food il have a little snack with low calories. After a bit it becomes a routine your body gets used to so is easier to manage but what also helps…
  • I had the same issue a few years back and this time round I've ended up buying cheap items like jeans for £6 in the end. but if you are any good at sewing maybe see if you can make them smaller that way
  • I'd like to lose any where between 20-25 if possible and to at least walk 10k or more each day
  • Make that 3 of us. I did well and reached my 25lb target. Then managed to put 3lb back on in the space of a week. Here's hoping it'll come back off soon. As for exercise I just can't get past turning walking into running
  • Yes and no. Until I was 7 I was slim and tall. Afterwards the weight started going on. By the age of 9/10 I was being bullied and at the age of 11, I was classed as obese. When I got to secondary school, my bullies cousin and friends then started bullying me. Which led to a whole class and people who were in the year above…
  • Hi I just added you. Hopefully can support each other but on bright side least with lack of people they can't help detail you. Here people are quite supportive. Age 25 Part time worker Current Weight 213lb Started in July at 17 stone (238lb - my heaviest)
  • Go horse riding Go ice skating Do pole fitness Wear a swim suit, Be able to swim. Be able to see the person I want to be in the mirror, fit into the designer clothes that I love but only fit women smaller than me. And make myself get a tattoo without any excuse
  • Hi, I'm also 3/4 in common. I'm trying to lose a large amount of weight, love all sorts of music but favourite is rock, grunge, heavy metal and new metal. Also love photography but not done any since graduating in it. Looking to incorporate it into fitness once I get a new memory card though.
  • Just added you and good luck. I'm at 218lb at the moment after starting at 238lb and just getting back into the mindset after losing it for 2 weeks. I'm looking to lose 71lb overall now but any thing towards that will be nice.
  • Use his cheating as your motivation. Get out of there if he can't be faithful, you deserve better and instead of using the food as a comfort focus on the body you want and pug the energy into that. Good luck
  • You can do it though, you have the desire. To be honest it sounds to me that you keep giving up on diets and the limitations or the stresses of working out suns etc. How about just focusing on calorie control, look for the variants of the items you want but with the lower calorie intake and just make sure what you want…
  • Thank you. Just managed to come across this community again. Luckily I do keep track of my weight so can add the others too
  • Ps as for the socialising find something you and the people you're with enjoy like doing such as a day trip out to somewhere or a activity, something you've not done before or go for the healthy option at a restaurant. I'm going through this issue at the moment but since cutting down to nearly none since New Year's Day I…
  • I can relate I tend to eat loads of chocolate, biscuits, etc when comes to TOM. Also put on quite a bit of weight when it comes to just before/ when it starts. But once it's over a lot of the weight drops back off as it's just down to my body at the time. As for the items you had, enjoy them, log and move on. Before I'd be…
  • This time I've had enough and have learnt to say no, have occasional "treats" as a one off and one bad day doesn't mean the end. Plus to focus on myself not what others say. I've gone from weighing 17 stone, being bullied from the age of 7 in each year of my schooling plus withdrawn, referred to as either starving myself,…
  • I'd love to join also. At the moment I'm focusing on losing 10lbs to get down to the next stone but would love to lose at least 25 by Christmas to be back at the smallest weight I've been.
  • I'm in with this too. I have quite a bit I want to lose but my main focus at the moment is to lose another 20 to get down to the weight I was 5 years ago.
  • I write a diary about it. I don't see it as helping me lose weight per se but as more of a way of as many have said if they tell people their losing weight it hinders them. Using the diary cuts out the other person but gives me someone to talk to about it. Plus can look back at it afterwards
