The day after Easter last year. I was looking at a picture from Easter of my daughter (5 months old at the time) and me and my face looked soo puffy. I had 3 kids in 4 years and knew I had put on weight but just figured that's what happens when you have kids. I also was tired and just felt gross the majority of the time. I…

I swap meals sometimes too. My favorite thing about being in maintenance is that i've learned how to go with the flow more. I know I went over calories yesterday, but it will all balance out as long as I pay attention to my weight and don't let it get out of range.

I have 3 kids who get up around 6:30, so I'm at the gym from 5-6:15 and get home right as they're waking up. After work, we have dinner/family time and then once they go to bed at 7:30/8, I have an hour or so…

Yes. I have my fitbit synched with MFP. I am 5'6'', 119 lbs (in maintenance). MFP gives me 1600 cals a day with a sedentary setting. I average 15,000 steps a day which adds about 800 calories to my total. I eat back every one of them and have been maintaining. If I didn't eat back those calories, I would be starvingggg.
