  • I would say it depends on how tall you are. I maintain on around 2200 at 5'6'', 125 lbs but am very active.

  • I spent years lamenting that I couldn't lose weight but not really making any commitment to anything. Then one day I realized that no one was going to do it for me and that I needed to get past all the dumb excuses. Eat less, move more. Once I had made the commitment to myself I lost 50 lbs in a little under a year.
  • Sorry for your loss :( For me personally, I never have the motivation to go to the gym after work. Since I know this, I started going in the morning. Took a little while to get used to the early wake ups, but totally worth it to have a good work out in before the day really gets busy/exhausting.

  • I'm usually okay with the whole new lifestyle because I feel so much better than I used to. That said, sometimes I just want to eat a candy bar without having to cut something else out in order to keep the balance in check.
