Breakfast: oatmeal with pistachios and apple
Lunch: salad of romaine lettuce, fat free refried beans, bell pepper, onions, salsa, olives, and tofutti sour cream
Dinner: "fish tacos" I ended up not eating yesterday: with gardein fishless filets, flour tortillas, tartar sauce, pico de gallo, and shredded cabbage, sliced cucumber to go with them0 -
Breakfast: vanilla yogurt with granola on top
Lunch: sandwich (wheat bread, turkey, pickles, lettuce & light mayo) with baked Cheetos
Afternoon snack: pineapple & strawberries, cheese stick
Dinner: pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes and a salad0 -
Pre-run: banana, nuun
Breakfast: overnight oats (oats, chia seeds, PB powder, unsweetened almond milk, chocolate almond milk, banana) and blueberry rose kombucha
Lunch: carribean beans and rice, spicy steamed cabbage, and blueberry rose kombucha
Dinner: teriyaki tempeh, stir fry lettuce, sesame kale, and steamed cauliflower. Maybe a glass of wine1 -
Breakfast: Coffee with 2 tbsp creamer
Lunch: Vanilla coconut greek yogurt
Snack: Mug of tea with a little sugar and milk
Dinner: Shrimp and veggie stir fry over rice
TOM started yesterday and it's been so bad I could hardly eat today and even now still don't have an appetite. Not too concerned though because weekly cals will still probably balance out due to cheesecake last night and this past weekend being a little over-indulgent.0 -

Lunch: Morningstar chipotle black bean burger topped with sauteed onions, peppers, and a fried egg
Snacks: Vanilla coconut greek yogurt, cottage cheese, a protein shake using whole milk
Dinner: Spinach and tomato stuffed salmon with roasted asparagus0 -
Breakfast: crustless quiche (with bacon, tomatoes, zucchini, cheddar, and olives), sliced pear with almond butter, strawberries, French press coffee.
Lunch: butter lettuce salad with beets, corn, rotisserie chicken, and feta; tortilla chips and salsa on the side.
Dinner: pork chops with sauteed mushrooms, steamed broccoli, maybe a baked potato.
Snacks: vast quantities of snow peas, popcorn, Outshine bars.0 -

Breakfast: protein shake as I overslept!
Lunch: Salad with chicken and peanut/chili/ kefir dressing
Dinner: roasted vegetables with chicken and roasted garlic tomato sauce
Snack: Greek yogurt with blueberries and a sprinkle of granola0 -
My eating today has been a disaster. I'm hoping by posting tomorrow's menu I can hold myself accountable:
Breakfast: tofu scramble with onions and peppers
Lunch: split pea soup and apple cole slaw
Dinner: whole wheat pasta with sundried tomato sauce and romaine cucumber salad with red wine vinaigrette1 -
- Breakfast - oatmeal with melted American cheese and salt and pepper
- Lunch - yellow rice, chocolate frosted mini wheats, vanilla pudding cup
- Dinner - baked chicken breaded with a mix of crushed cornflakes and Parmesan cheese, steamed corn, fresh strawberries
- Snack - chocolate pudding with whip cream1 -

L- ham and beans with lots of broth
D- chicken fajita minus the tortilla
S- grapefruit juice mixed with la croix0 -

Lunch: Chipotle morningstar patty topped with sauteed onions and peppers and a fried egg
Snack: Greek yogurt or cottage cheese with mixed in strawberries
Dinner: Leftover spinach and sundried tomato stuffed salmon with roasted asparagus, maybe a glass of plum wine
Still have some calories left over so I may use those on a greek yogurt, coconut roasted cashews, or chilly cow ice cream depending on how I'm feeling later.

Totally random.. but my 3 year old is OBSESSED with vanilla coconut greek yogurt, she eats 1 a day and begs for more throughout the day. She calls it her "candy yogurt," I guess she thinks it tastes like candy? It is good!0
