    Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, mixed berries, coffee with creamer
    Lunch: Spinach salad with cucumbers, guacamole and pretzels, kirkland protein bar
    Snack: Oikos triple zero yogurt, apple
    Dinner: Cheeseburger w/o bun, watermelon, carrots
    Late Snack: 1/3 pint Enlightened

    Breakfast: Coffee with 2 tbsp creamer
    Lunch: Morningstar chipotle veggie burger topped with sauteed onions and peppers, as well as a fried egg
    Snacks: Protein shake made with whole milk, possibly some cottage cheese or yogurt with blueberries mixed in.
    Dinner: Baked garlic and basil swai fillets, peas, and probably rice or sweet potatos
    Dessert: Leftover homemade blueberry swirl cheesecake

    Today I had:
    ~Breakfast: coffee with unsweetened almond milk and a banana
    ~Lunch: 1/2 of a large veggie and hummus wrap and a Sprite Zero
    ~Snack: a peach and a serving of onion ring chips from an Irish brand called Tayto (a serving was only 86 cals!)
    ~Dinner: haven’t made it yet but I’m going to make peanut tofu with Bok Choy and sticky rice

    Good morning everyone,

    Breakfast: Wrap with egg, quorn bacon, cheese, peppers.

    Lunch: Wrap with quorn pepperoni, tomatoes, spinach, soft cheese, capers. Small apple, tangerine, peach. Go ahead bar.

    Dinner: planning a baked aubergine with tomato sauce and mozzarella, sauteed spring greens and some kind of protein source on the side...more quorn or Linda mccartney sausages.

    Snack: Alpro yogurt, soya milk for tea throughout the day.

    Breakfast: chocolate biscuits and milk
    Lunch: protein shake
    Dinner: homemade tacos, low carb tortilla, lean beef, my seasoning blend, and loaded with veggies, cheese and sour cream
    Today I'm making stir fry!

    Lunch: BBQ tempeh sandwich with carrot-cayenne coleslaw and cashew sauce, mini Larabar

    : Beans on toast with roasted tomatoes, mushrooms, and onion, corn salad with coconut milk and red bell pepper

    Yesterday:
    Breakfast - peach Greek yogurt, coffee
    Lunch - 2 slices spinach & bacon quiche, 1/2 large orange
    Dinner - a bunch of cherry tomatoes, celery, baby carrots, sugar snap peas & cucumber slices with roughly 2 tbsp. sour cream based dip, 4 tortilla chips and 2 large glasses of sangria with fresh fruit in it. I went to a party and successfully avoided the queso and cookies (score)!

    Today:
    Breakfast - 1/2 slice spinach & bacon quiche, coffee
    Lunch - junior meal from Braum's (small hamburger 1/2 bun only pickle & ketchup, small fry, 10 oz strawberry shake)
    Dinner - broccoli steamer bag & small portion homemade mac n' cheese with Sriracha

    Breakfast: oatmeal with pistachios and apple
    Lunch: salad of romaine lettuce, fat free refried beans, bell pepper, onions, salsa, olives, and tofutti sour cream
    Dinner: "fish tacos" I ended up not eating yesterday: with gardein fishless filets, flour tortillas, tartar sauce, pico de gallo, and shredded cabbage, sliced cucumber to go with them

    Lunch: sandwich (wheat bread, turkey, pickles, lettuce & light mayo) with baked Cheetos
    Afternoon snack: pineapple & strawberries, cheese stick
    Dinner: pork tenderloin, mashed potatoes and a salad

    Pre-run: banana, nuun

    Breakfast: overnight oats (oats, chia seeds, PB powder, unsweetened almond milk, chocolate almond milk, banana) and blueberry rose kombucha

    Lunch: carribean beans and rice, spicy steamed cabbage, and blueberry rose kombucha

    Dinner: teriyaki tempeh, stir fry lettuce, sesame kale, and steamed cauliflower. Maybe a glass of wine :yum:

    Snack: Mug of tea with a little sugar and milk
    Dinner: Shrimp and veggie stir fry over rice

    TOM started yesterday and it's been so bad I could hardly eat today and even now still don't have an appetite. Not too concerned though because weekly cals will still probably balance out due to cheesecake last night and this past weekend being a little over-indulgent.

    Breakfast: crustless quiche (with bacon, tomatoes, zucchini, cheddar, and olives), sliced pear with almond butter, strawberries, French press coffee.

    Lunch: butter lettuce salad with beets, corn, rotisserie chicken, and feta; tortilla chips and salsa on the side.

    Dinner: pork chops with sauteed mushrooms, steamed broccoli, maybe a baked potato.

    Snacks: vast quantities of snow peas, popcorn, Outshine bars.

    Lunch: rice bowl (short grain brown rice, sesame kale, steamed cauliflower, garlic chili tempeh) and hibiscus jasmine kombucha

    Dinner: refried beans, fajita veggies (poblano, onion, and garlic scapes), guacamole

    My eating today has been a disaster. I'm hoping by posting tomorrow's menu I can hold myself accountable:

    Breakfast: tofu scramble with onions and peppers
    Lunch: split pea soup and apple cole slaw
    Dinner: whole wheat pasta with sundried tomato sauce and romaine cucumber salad with red wine vinaigrette

    Snack: Greek yogurt or cottage cheese with mixed in strawberries
    Dinner: Leftover spinach and sundried tomato stuffed salmon with roasted asparagus, maybe a glass of plum wine

    Still have some calories left over so I may use those on a greek yogurt, coconut roasted cashews, or chilly cow ice cream depending on how I'm feeling later.

    Totally random.. but my 3 year old is OBSESSED with vanilla coconut greek yogurt, she eats 1 a day and begs for more throughout the day. She calls it her "candy yogurt," I guess she thinks it tastes like candy? It is good!
