I irritated a disc squating with weights I am 43 and need to shed 20 kilos. I love high energy exercise like dancing or step but can't do these now. I need to build core strength which is why I am focusing on weights

Hey everyone, to clarify au log everything but always have calories left to eat at the end of the day. My struggle is I have calories left over but have reached my fat and carbs goal (which I have set myself) and I am hungry

Thanks for your reply Jordon. I am logging calories but am not eating all of them. How do I know how many calories I should be eating?

Only because my sister is on the keto diet which is 23grams carbs and 70grams of fat and that's working for her but it's too restrictive for me. Low FODMAP is about fructose so it cuts out lots of grains, fruit and vegetables so keto is not an option for me. What is the ideal amount of carbs and fat to eat to lose weight?
