I've hurt myself at the gym just when I was getting started. What low impact exercise can I do to speed up weight loss
I love low carbohydrate bars but someone once told me that our bodies matobolize them differently and it can prevent weight loss. Does anyone know if this is true? Does anyone eat them and lose the weight?
