I am up on my feet most of the day taking care of toddlers but nothing that makes my heart rate go above 115bpm.

No it’s not for MFP I’m just trying to figure out my activity level

Ok thank you. So should I just stick with the calorie allowance I have been doing?

Not very active but I’m on my feet a lot through the day. Nothing too crazy just walking around.

lol I am happy with the amount I've lost so far but I lost 17 pounds from July 1st- August 1st. And now I have only lost 2.8 pounds since then so I am wondering what could be causing me to lose 2 pounds a week. I am new to all of this so I'm just making sure I'm doing things right. I do have a lot to lose so I've been told…

Yes the first month I was losing more than one pound a week but since August 1st I've only 2.8 pounds. So these past few weeks my weight loss is only aroun 1 pound a week.

My calorie goal a day is 1350. I do use a digital food scale and weight almost everything. I do have a cheat meal on Saturday but I make sure it's not too much over my goal and eat a little less on other days to make up for it.

I have a lot to lose. I am 221 pounds & 5'5. I have my activity level set to sedentary and it gave me 1200 calories a day. I exercise 6 days a week: 20 minutes of walking/jogging and some strength training at home. I am also breastfeeding so I burn an extra 200-300 calories everyday with that - Which I've been eating back.

Thank you all so much! I really appreciate all the helpful tips and suggestions. I've only been doing this for 2 weeks and I lost 11 pounds within a week and a half by only eating 1400 calories a day and burning 300+ with exercise most days, so I figured I wasn't eating enough. I just want to make sure I lose weight in a…

I have not had surgery. I am just starting my weight loss and have many questions. I honestly don't want to do things wrong and mess up anything. If this helps I'm - 23 yrs old - 223 pounds - 5"5 - I just start exercising 30 minutes a day 5-6 days a week.

The 1800 calories is only my food calories. My maintenance calories are 2800 so I'm already at a 1000 calorie deficit from just eating less. I burn around 200-400 everyday in exercise calories from walking. Should I be eating those calories back or just not worry about them?

So on here when I input my health information it says that I should eat 1800 calories a day in order to lose 2lbs a week. Is that taking into consideration that I work out? I usually burn around 400-500 when I work out M-F wouldnt that make my calorie intake lower than it should be? Sorry for all the questions. I'm new to…
