I’ve been trying to figure it my activity level but There are so many different answers online. I exercise 60 mins a day 6 days a week An average workout is 40 mins heavy exercise HR 155 or higher and 20 minute light activity HR 130bpm. TIA!

Lost 40 pounds but now at a stand still..

Not losing more than 1lb?
Hey guys, I started my weight loss journey July 1st and the first month I lost 15 pounds. These past few weeks I've only seen the scale go down 1 pound a week. I have my calories set to lose two pounds a week so I don't understand why I'm not losing more. Any advice? Weight: 215 Height: 5"5 Jog 1 mile 6 days a week.

Should I be eating my exercise calories?
I hope this isn't a stupid question but I am wondering if I should be eating back some of the calories I burned with exercising. I have my daily calories set to a 1000 calorie deficit already but I also burn an extra 300-500 more with exercise. Wouldn't that put me into an even larger deficit that is not recommended?
