I’ve been trying to figure it my activity level but There are so many different answers online.
I exercise 60 mins a day 6 days a week
An average workout is 40 mins heavy exercise HR 155 or higher and 20 minute light activity HR 130bpm.
TIA!

Are you asking about your MFP activity level? That is based on your non-exercise activity, it doesn't include intentional exercise.2

What about the rest of the day?0

Based on whose system? There is no pure activity level that will be the same across all websites/calculators. You'll also need to include the rest of your activity apart from exercise when figuring out what it is. Intentional exercise is just a small part of everyone's day (unless they're a professional athlete or something similar).0 -

I am up on my feet most of the day taking care of toddlers but nothing that makes my heart rate go above 115bpm.0 -

Your HR doesn't have anything to do with your activity level.3 -

That's still activity though . . .1 -
Are you trying to choose a myfitnesspal activity level? Or, are you trying to choose a TDEE calculator activity level? They're not the same thing.0

I would say moderately active then.
In the evenings I go workout and I'm up until I go to bed, but here on MFP I chose Slightly Active because I have a desk job and I'm sitting all day.
