Order a lot of salads, buy fruits at the grocery store, try to order low cal menu items

I try to save some calories for the end of the day so I can have a snack that I enjoy like a piece of chocolate or a pudding or ice cream, I think the important thing is to watch portion size.

I try to make up for it the next day or that day. But I've started trying to log after everything I eat so this doesn't happen as i really want to lose weight.

Intuitive eating only works if you have a small appetite. Once you hit a certain age and metabolism slows down, it doesn't work in my opinion. Anyway, good luck , its tough but we are all in this together

I sort of am. I lost a lot of weight when I had clinical depression but then I gained it back plus a lot more when the depression got better. I think my metabolism was affected. Now I'm trying to lose weight I am definitely finding its affecting my mood :-(
