Agreed because water has no calories, so when cooked the foods typically become more dense (proteins). It has been fairly close though (for what I am making)

They might be calculating how many calories are naturally burning + some from the increased heart rate. My BMR is 2400 Sedentary calories (I rounded down) On avg I burn 100 calories an hour. (I imagine more being awake) So half an hour in the sauna I am already burning 50 calories from BMR. If they are big like me, I…

I want to do pull ups again. Not 20 like in High School but 10 maybe? I used to love to climb (trees), so maybe some indoor wall climbing as well and then maybe trees again. Nothing like sitting in a trre looking up at the sky. Looks like the leaves are bristles on a brush and are actively painting the sky.

Body glide lasts awhile for me. I am a large guy and I have a lot of surface area to cover. Never tried Vaseline but I have heard a lot of good things about.

Lifting and Cardio (Total)

I am big and tall. Lifting and cardio for 1.5 hour. Asked a trainer and he said it was probably 99% accurate (I am guessing 95%) It is quite close in HR that my Apple Watch says.
