Haven't seen a lot dropped (it is slow)
I have noticed clothes fitting better and much more energy. Today was beast mode. I avg 1200 cal (I deduct what my body would burn per hour (200cal at rest) from the exercise. Today I did 1700. rawr

Sharing my Food Diary
Okay here is what I have been tracking. I change it from Sedentary on weeks I am not doing much. I go to the gym 5 days a week and burn from 1200-1400 calories I track less than that on MFP. When I was at 1800 and ignored excercise I was very cranky, tired and out of it. I am now eating what MFP says and I feel better.…
