MyZone and My Fitness Pal

Hi.
My Calorie Intake is set for 1800 right now (I put sedentary down and workouts for 5 days a week at 80 minutes).
I am a teacher and we will be going back soon, I will change it to light activity then (2100 calories)
Is it ok to take in that much and do workouts that Myzone is claiming to
burn 1400 calories?
Will that be safe?

What are you doing to burn 1400 exercise calories? It would take me the entire day in the gym to burn that - and I still doubt I'd get there. Are you sure that's accurate? If you're 100% sure that's accurate then yes, that's the way MFP is designed - to eat your calorie goal plus exercise calories.1

I am big and tall.
Lifting and cardio for 1.5 hour.
Asked a trainer and he said it was probably 99% accurate (I am guessing 95%)
It is quite close in HR that my Apple Watch says.
