"You walk so much, it's no wonder you're losing so much weight!" I walk 1-2 miles a day to give me a little extra wiggle room with my calories. I'm losing so much weight because I'm not eating 3000+ calories per day like I was before. The walking has very little to do with it compared to the huge difference diet makes.
