Late in the evening. After all jobs done and no one to interrupt. I'm not a morning person so that's a no no for me. In the afternoon I'm usually at work or doing something, it's too hot or someone is constantly calling me. I always workout from 10pm til 11:30pm. That's when I have my most energy and I give it all. After that a shower feels amazing and I fall asleep straight away like a baby. Works differently for everyone. If it works for you, awesome! As many said above, a workout is a workout no matter if it's 10 am or 10 pm :)

Been doing it couple times this year. The beginning of level 3 would always stop me because there would always something come up or I would make an excuse like ''oh, I got my period, can't workout; oh, I feel too sleepy, can't workout tired''. haha but I'm back on track. Feel free to add me ;)
