Not a happy bunny went for walk cross country this morning and managed to lose my Fitbit. It’s my alarm for getting out of bed, picking up granddaughter as well as step counter feeling lost.

My goals for this week. Monday walk, Tuesday Qigong, Wednesday gym, log all meals, be good to myself.

I’m trying not to stand on the scales more than once a week, do manage to have a cheeky check now and again but only count the Wednesday weight.

Getting back into it after my holiday, took the dog for a walk poor things fast asleep now, but I got my 10,000 steps in, keep going everyone

Late weigh it no change 204lbs I’m very pleased I didn’t gain being away from home is always a challenge, and we did do a lot of walking, I also managed to stay alcohol free.

Well that’s April out of the way, didn’t do to well but I’m sticking to it, my May starts on Friday, (I’m on holiday in Paris ) goals for May stick to plan check my portion size exercise more would like to lose 7lb at least

Back home Friday so I’m hoping to hit the ground running goals to exercise 15 mins every day gym once a week at least. Sort out my portion size. And lose happy May everyone. I willl weight on Friday morning and start from there.

Well didn’t manage to stay chocolate free I didn’t lose any weight this week but today is the start of another week, wish me luck

No change this week thank to housefull over the Easter weekend, goals for this week. Log all meals stick to plan, we go to Paris on Sunday so next week might be a problem hoping no gain
