Well i have tried to keep up with my goals for the month, haven’t managed them all, piano has taken a back seat, due time youngest granddaughter breaking her arm so I’m on grandma duties, and the arrival of 12 week old cockapoo pup, a present to make the arm better. (She has been pestering her mom for the last 12months )…

Hi 64 year old granny with 5 grandchildren ages from 5 to 18. Have been struggling over the past two months, emotionally eating way to much, am going to start again in the morning tracking and planning wish me luck

Really need this challenge 1 log in every day 2 cut out bread as much as possible max 2 pieces a day 3 walk more 4 love myself 5 get myself motivated

My weakness is bread, cannot seem to do without, doesn’t matter what sort wraps, thins anything. Would be better for me to have a cookie, but I have to make a sandwich and try and fool myself that the filling is low calories. Going to try today to cut it down.

Back from holiday, gained 4 lbs but had upset tummy since I got back so hope the scales are kind to me on Friday. Enjoyed the holiday but comeback to the usual family chaos

Hi all I'm in Canada visiting a friend of over 40 years who has terminal cancer, this will proberly be our last get together,as I live in England, have spent an amazing few days catching up. She is an amazing person and I will miss her humour and friendship going to make lots of good memories these next two weeks.
