I am new here to the board. I just signed up for 3 months of premium. I am not really sure how to use it to get the most from it. I am 66 & wanting to lose about 40 lbs. I have been on regular MFP since Jan & chart my food, exercise & water. I would like to know where to learn how to chart my food better without cheating.…

Hi, Only asking because I am frustated with this site. 4th day charting & when I eat the same food as the day before, I am charting it item by item. There must be a place to go that stores all of your food. If this is not a question you want to answer, it's okay.
