I can chart my walking but started at the gym today. I was there for 70 min doing 20 min. of walking. I did all the upper & lower machines 3x each, 15 reps with according weights. On myfittness pal, I am not sure how to record it. When I put in upper arm extension, it can't find anything. I hope someone can help me. I just lost 15 lbs in 8 weeks. Thanks.

Under cardio - search "Strength Training" - log the time you did. Realize that strength training is really hard to calculate calories for and that number of calories is likely completely inaccurate. Eat a portion of those calories back.1
