    Hi, Only asking because I am frustated with this site. 4th day charting & when I eat the same food as the day before, I am charting it item by item. There must be a place to go that stores all of your food. If this is not a question you want to answer, it's okay.

    You can copy meals from previous days.

    You can also save meals that you frequently eat. And once you have been logging for a while frequently entered foods will appear in your frequent or recent tabs. You just might have to change the serving size.

    really need help

    trainer set my macros and I've basically got 3 meals down which cover 3 of 4 meals

    no idea how to create a day of meals with macros and calories, trainer on holidays til 8 August, pretty much eating the same 3 meals each day and topping up with snacks

    any help appreciated

    So Im confused. I want to drink and OK normally don't but I do tonight yet I don't know what to drink That Won't mess up my progress
