I've been a size 6-8 my whole life, which I've had to work very hard for. Over the past year, I've spiraled upwards toward a size 12. Losing this weight is going to be incredibly challenging.

I know this sounds counter intuitive, but cut down on cardio and replace it with heavy lifting. Cardio defeats a lot of the lifting work you're doing. Also, my body has trouble digesting meat - so I do 30-60 day spurts of fish only. These are the most abstract things I've tried which have worked during severe plateaus.…

Why don't you try some at home workouts, classes, or walking outdoors??

Try some at-home workouts Also, eat something healthy before you bake, then brush your teeth and then pop a stick of gum in your mouth and/or drink some flavored water while you bake!

I'm struggling to get my body back, too!! Drinking lots and lots of water - I always struggled with this before, but I bought a giant tumbler with a straw and it realllllllly helps. Also, Shop Rite sells the veggies that are pre spiralized to emulate noodles which are GREAT subs for carbs. Lastly, trying to cut meat…
