I lost weight in my upper back. It’s a shame it’s not the tummy since I feel like that is my problem area or well, the place where I could lose a whole lot more. Whoohoo! It fits! I lost some back fat so it’s fits better on top (I’m sure there is nothing off of my breasts bc the cups of my bras fit exactly the same but the band is getting a bit lose) which means that my belly looks bigger. ME and IBS here. It's hard when you run out of energy compelety and as a result just start eating bc your body needs energy. Also loving to workout but needing to recover for at least three days of doing absolutely nothing doesn't help. Please feel free to add me :)

I agree that you should try to keep busy. Especially your hands. Try adult coloring books, doodling, knitting, crochet, puzzle books, what ever you can find to try and keep your hands occupied. You don't need to be creative, get a piece of string and braid it. Cook a dish from scratch. Try baking and try out new healthy…

I have not been logging my food for a few days. I did however go on here to keep being motivated. Today I am once again logging my food. The victory here is that I did not give up but only took a few days break and I'm now back on track.

Thanks everyone! I'm not sure yet if I want to try it. It seems rather restrictive and since I have little control over what's going on in my body I'd rather not restrict my food this much.
