I have my all time favorite candy in the house. And instead of eating the whole bag in one go, yesterday I measured out a serving and only had that. Tonight I will do the same.

You could be overdoing it. Or maybe you have an intolerance? Just keep going for a few days and see if it's possibly just everything getting used to the different kinds of food you are eating.

Workout at least once the rest of this week and log accurately!

Thank you for inspiring us in return!

Got rid of what felt like an entire wardrobe of bigger clothes. Just to make sure I won't regain. Bc if I have the clothes it doesn't matter. But now I need to lose/maintain to not be naked unless I want to spend money, which I dont

I feel like I have more options. More clothes that fit my body and also my body feels more worthy to be seen.

I think your body has yet to adjust too your new normal. Yes you look maybe a little gaunt in the second picture but I'm sure it will go away with some time. Give it about 6 months, then compare a new pic to this one and if you do t like what you see, gain a little.

I usually try to have a few items that fit correctly. If things are too big and I wear them I'm not motivated anymore to lose more weight. But I still have old favorite skinny items I couldn't get rid of. I just purged and got rid of everything that doesn't look good anymore. Some clothes can look good when they aren't the…

I fit into jeans I haven't worn in years! They are still a little snug but it's better than having to pull them up everytime I breathe, even with a belt.

Both. My chafing is almost gone. But it can be possible that its just the way they are. I'm sure however it will improve with weight loss. Good luck :)

I gained on Cymbalta. Now on Prozac and it's fantastic :)

Ok, so it maybe a bit strange NSV but I realized that when I set my calories low but eat back exersice I tend to stick to it more then when my calories are set higher. It's just a mental thing I guess, where I think more about my food when I'm low calorie but not actually sticking under the amount then when I'm higher and…

My current mini goal is to get under 90 and stay there. I've been hopping around the border, sometimes under, sometimes over for two weeks now and I'd like to never see that number on my scale again!
-
Do you have boulimia? I'd go to a doctor and a therapist maybe. Just to be sure it isn't a mental thing.
-
I've been fitting into more clothing. Some old stuff but I also allowed myself to buy a few new items. Buying things in a size smaller than you currently are is a great motivation and I fit into it now! Not only do I fit it, it looks good :)

Despite a discouraging week, well actually two whole weeks, I didn't give up. I'm still here, still logging and not going super strong, but still going!
-
I don't weigh single servings when pre packed. Also I don't weigh the oil when cooking my dinner. Most of it stays in the pan and I've been steadily losing
-
I try to drink more too. But only because I don't get thirsty so I will drink one cup a day if I'm not watching it. Lately I've been drinkning before my meals and this helps me with feeling fuller -> eating less.

I had this in the beginning of my journey. I think it's because you're just so exited about finally doing something about it that you want it to be as fast as possible. By now things have slowed down but I'm also seeing a lot of changes. Every new change is a NSV, and I tend to look forward to fitting into certain clothes…

I have some shape to my face again! It's so much easier to contour when there's actually a contour instead of just fat.

My last minigoal was to get under 90 kilos and yay I finally did it! Next minigoal is to lose a bit more this week so next weekend when I'm away I won't gain back into 90 kilos

Tbh I don't care if its accurate or not. It keeps me motivated so for me it helps.

Also, feel free to add me as a friend :)

I might have fibro, my doctor isn't sure. I also walk everyday and on my best days I try some YouTube workout for about ten minutes. I suggest you start tracking your food. Just put everything in the app, use a food scale. Then see how many calories you need to cut. I have a polar device, similar to a Fitbit, that helps me…

Yes! Changing the cups on a bra is basically impossible. Well, depending on the bra. If it's a bralette then it's quite easy but if it's a bra with an underwire then you'd have to pu in a smaller underwire and it isn't worth the effort. That's a lot of work and can only work if it's a ... what's it called again? Bra…

Yes! Definitely. I use a Meluna cup, not a diva but the principle is the same. I thought it was bulls at first and thought my cycle had just changed a bit, but last summer I went camping and with the zero hygiene factor I didn't feel comfortable to use my cups. So I used Tampax and some always pads for two periods and my…

The past two days I couldn't do anything bc migraines but today I exercised again! The migraine came back a few hours later but hey, I did it
-
Oh wait. I forgot depression and insomnia. And that there are more things but not yet a proper diagnosis. Fingers crossed for next weeks appointment

Yes, hi, finally some other people! I have chronic pain issues and chronic fatigue. It's been pretty manageable during the summer but now it's getting worse again. I've been trying to get some moderate/light workouts done because I love exercise and I do wish to get some muscles back. Please add me so I won't feel bad…
