I know! I am sooo slow with my jogging stroller, I have a 5 and almost 3 year old that I push when I do run with them. I actually made a goal to run with them at least once a week before my foot started to hurt, to help with endurance and such.

That's how I start out too, run/walk then I increase the run and shorten the walk, I'm only up to a mile run before I need a walking break. I hope I can keep up some sort of workout regimen in the winter so I don't have to start over in the spring. I'm the worst on the winter! :-/

I have! She's awesome. I'd honestly be happy if half marathons was as far as I get or possibly a full marathon, everything else seems crazy. But I still think it's awesome how others can push themselves like that.

I will probably do the 30 day shred in the winter, in the warmer weathers I run and do outdoor things. I always fall off the wagon in the winter though :-/
