I have just had a InBody Balance scan today. I'm 23 from Australia and I am 71.9kgs however I am 158cm. The big hit is that my body fat percentage is 46%.

I'm putting this post out there in the hope that I get friends to be accountable to and to keep me motivated through the times that I feel like I'm not getting anywhere. In return, I will be 100% honest, upfront and raw.
