I will probably do the 30 day shred in the winter, in the warmer weathers I run and do outdoor things. I always fall off the wagon in the winter though :-/

I'm 5'3" and still nursing! (LO is 16 months now) Sup! Ill send you an add.
I've done the 30 day shred before I got into weight lifting.
I lost about 55 lbs post baby. Was rough! Definitely did not just fall off like people say it will breastfeeding. But I'm 33 so maybe that is why :)

I'm 5'4", breastfeeding, and have 80 lbs to lose. I've put on 50 lbs since baby was born. I'm struggling with maintaining milk supply while cutting calories. Please add me if you would like

I seem to fit all of your categories! Just had a baby three months ago and have been trying to use the 30 day shred (along with other JM videos) to try and reach my target weight. I'll add you!

I've been doing JM videos for the past month - 6 days a week and keeping calories around 1800/day. I've been maintaining my milk supply for breastfeeding, but not really seeing any drop in the scale or in measurements. How are you finding it?

My scale has been going down slowly BUT and a big but is my little one is over 1 years old. I don't think I'd e doing it at your stage. Jillian also said at your stage you'll loose a bit but then your body will hold onto the rest for baby.

When does she recommend you start exercising then? My doctor gave me the ok to begin, and my milk supply hasn't changed, so should I just be focusing on general fitness instead of weight loss?

I'm 5'4", my 6th is 6 months old, I'm breastfeeding and I've got 40 pounds to lose! I've never had experience of weight dropping easily after a baby (and I've nursed each of them for 18 months). The fierce hunger while breastfeeding is always too much for me!!!

Hi I'm 5'5" with about 35 pounds to lose (I gained 70+ so I'm moving in the right direction!) I'm breastfeeding a 6 week old and determined not to take 18 months to lose the baby weight like I did with my first! Add me!
