  • 2nd August PASS # 1 My sister made us a very wholesome dinner of sweet potato, kale, green lentils, chopped tomatoes...etc. but I struggled to track it. This put me in the wrong mentality so I ate a banana and oatmeal after dinner, putting me over my allotted calories. Back to the grind today
